Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

$126,000 - $184,800

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director to join our Transfer Pricing Forecasting and Reporting team. The Associate Director is responsible for providing analysis and support for the development, implementation, and defense of Lilly's transfer pricing system. This role involves tax, finance, strategy, business partnering, and legal analysis. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, possess critical thinking skills, and be self-motived.

Key Objectives:Forecast, document, administer, and review intercompany billings, coordinating with internal business partnersForecast and prepare inputs for both quarterly estimated tax calculations and tax return calculationsCompute year-end close transfer pricing adjustmentsIntegrate newly acquired entities into Lilly transfer pricing processesSupport and defend Lilly’s transfer pricing system for both US and non-US income tax auditsProvide financial analysis for transfer pricing case law and legislationSupport transfer price setting and mid-year reviewsWork with internal business partners to gain an understanding of processes and data that impact taxSupport US and non-US affiliates on legal entity reportingCollaborate with internal tax teams related to transfer pricing planning, forecasting, and reportingPerform financial modeling and analysis to enable strategic decision-makingDocument and improve transfer pricing processes

Requirements:Bachelor’s degreeCertified Public Accountant or equivalent certification (i.e. Chartered Accountant)7 years minimum of income tax experience in a multinational corporation or in a public accounting firm working with multinational clientsQualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Additional Preferences:Knowledge of global transfer pricing lawsIncome tax experience, specifically ASC740 and US taxation of international incomeSAP/Business Objects experienceStrong communication skillsBusiness partnering skills
