What You Will Do:
As part of our Workday Practice, you’ll be part of fast growing and energized team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology
From initial assessments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workday Financials solutions equipping organizations with the information they need to make better business decisions
As a Workday Technical Architect at Guidehouse, you will be responsible for driving the technical solution and scope for current and prospective clients, leading technical team members with expertise in integrations, data, reporting, and analytics, and designing and developing system integrations for our customers who are implementing Workday as a solution
This leadership position will require people manager skills and ability to grow and develop the technical Workday team at Guidehouse.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Lead and manage other Workday technical consultants.
Work directly with sales to support opportunities by providing expertise and solution advice to prospective clients.
Invest in internal initiatives to further enhance Guidehouse’s delivery capabilities.
Actively communicate with other practice leaders on overall project delivery and practice items.
Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday integrations for high profile clients.
Communicate technical challenges and solutions to internal and client teams.
Participate in an innovative, teaming culture to enabled constant innovation and improvement to process and assets.
Demonstrate leadership and consultative skills.
Have a passion for high customer satisfaction levels.
What You Will Need:
A Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of SEVEN (7) years of experience implementing Workday for multiple organizations; years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree
Experience with the execution of at least THREE (3) Workday implementations
A MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of work experience including integration development and modern integration technology experience (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware, etc)
Current holder of a Workday Certification within one or more of the following specialties: Integrations, Data Conversion, Prism Analytics, Extend.
Ability to travel up to 50% to support prominent clients and sales opportunities
This role is a hybrid role which will require you to go into the closest Guidehouse Office as needed or on occasion
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Preference will be given to candidates who reside within a reasonable number of miles of a Guidehouse Office
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Strong written and oral communication skills (RFP responses, white papers, etc.) and presentation skills such as Workday demonstrations and client presentations.
Prior managerial experience in leading and supporting a remote workforce
ERP Implementation experience within the public sector.
Experience in pre-sales activities, proposal development, presentations, and demos.
Workday Extend application development or oversight.
The annual salary range for this position is $144,400.00-$216,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
