Providence is calling an Associate Distribution Technician who will:

Be responsible for the distribution and maintenance of medical supplies and equipment to point-of-care locations throughout the campus independently or with indirect supervision Use automated systems as tools Perform physical inventories on regular intervals Replenish and rotate stock Facilitate complete capture of patient account charges Adjust supply par levels as appropriate in concert with supervisor and manager Keep point of care supply areas organized Make recommendations for improvement Be Responsible for maintaining the efficient functioning of the central supply and equipment inventories Respond to customer supply orders for special items throughout the shift Serve as a resource for less experienced staff Required to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone, reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25-50 pounds

This posting is for multiple openings of an Associate Distribution Technician This position is an onsite role and will report into the hospital daily, as scheduled Work Schedule Includes: Weekdays and Weekends Flexibility to work the following shift hours as scheduled: 6:00 am - 2:30pm, 7:00am-3:30pm, 7:30am-4:00pm Providence welcomes residents to apply that live within a commutable distance of our hospital location listed below: Texas: Lubbock

Required qualifications for this position include:

1+ years experience in distribution / warehouse (Experience may include Inventory Management, or another related field)

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

Some community college Meditech or other Materials Management Information System computer experience
