MAU is hiring an Associate Employment Specialist in Charleston, SC. As an Associate Employment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting recruiting and time analyst responsibilities for an outsourced account, encompassing both exempt and non-exempt roles. Driven by a customer-centric focus and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, this on-site position is dedicated to meeting daily service commitments while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

This position can supervise the following positions: MAU Associates Administrative Support Work Environment or Working Conditions
The working conditions and environments that are created by our customer’s facilities both in administrative areas and manufacturing environments. Working conditions will typically be manufacturing or warehouse settings, including process manufacturing equipment and heavy power industrial vehicles. Environments may vary from non-air conditioned (hot/cold) environments to GMP clean room required.
Physical Demands
This position may require the following to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to lift 5 – 20 pounds periodically and 50 pounds on occasion Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for up to 4 hours Ability to climb stairs multiple times a day Ability to sit for up to 4 hours Travel
Frequent travel between the work site and MAU branch will be required. Limited travel overnight, but the ability to travel overnight is preferred.
