We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Associate Engagement & Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind creating and managing programs that enhance key employee moments that matter, including onboarding and offboarding. You will play a critical role in shaping the employee journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.

 

A Day in the Life:

Program OwnershipCoordinate and manage key employee experience programs, including onboarding, offboarding, and other significant milestones, ensuring smooth execution and effective partnerships across the employee lifecycle.Support internal customers by tailoring program processes to meet their specific needs, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances overall program effectiveness.Data-Driven DecisionsTrack and analyze program effectiveness using relevant metrics and KPIs, using insights to drive improvements.CollaborationWork closely with HR, management, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of employee experience initiatives with broader company goals.In partnership with internal customers, develop and draft employee experience communications.Consult with organizational partners on employee experience design & developmentContinuous ImprovementRegularly evaluate and refine existing programs, incorporating feedback and new ideas to enhance the employee experience.Thought LeadershipProvide thought leadership by shaping and guiding the direction of employee engagement and experience within the organization.Research industry trends in employee engagement and experience to incorporate innovative methods into employee experience initiatives and data analysis.Employee AdvocacyAct as a champion for employees, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met throughout their time with the company.

 

You’ll Come With:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in HR, employee experience, or a related field with end-to-end program management experience.Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.Familiarity with design thinking or similar problem-solving frameworks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day program operations.Proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement.
