Scope

The Program Coordinator for Associate Engagement Groups (AEGs) program manages and supports the AEGs to build communities of connection and belonging, drives strategic initiatives and growth, executes programming, advises and supports AEG leadership teams, streamlines processes, and oversees AEG communication to the larger organization.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end program management and support for AEG leadership teams, executive sponsors, and members including company and location activities to ensure alignment with the Associate Experience and Engagement strategy and goals. Grow and support AEG membership including hourly associates. Create, maintain, and revise AEG messaging, sub-branding, and marketing materials aligned with the Associate Experience and Engagement strategy and corporate branding guidelines. Develop and maintain AEG activities and budget requests, approvals, and tracking processes; performance metrics and reporting; and activities and outcomes dashboards. Serve as an ongoing subject matter expert on employee engagement groups, continually providing insights on best practices. Create and/or curate and deliver training content to support AEG leadership teams and executive sponsors to stay up to date on topics such as workplace belonging, cultural competencies, and leadership development. Coordinate, oversee, and support AEG-led webinars and events to ensure alignment with the Associate Experience and Engagement strategy and the company’s Core Values. Serve as a workplace culture ambassador to the company and other key stakeholders, promoting the AEG value proposition to drive engagement with current and future associates. Provide AEG updates to Officers and internal partners as requested. Stay informed of the latest trends and topics in employee experience, workplace culture, cultural competencies, and community building. Complete other duties as needed to support the Associate Experience and Engagement team and drive the team’s strategy forward.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in driving employee experience, workplace culture, cultural competencies, and/or community building work with strong understanding of related concepts and best practices. Experience developing project plans and tracking milestones to deliver quality results. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and creative marketing skills. Experience leading and facilitating individual and group discussions. Ability to conduct critical analysis, glean insights, and make recommendations. Proven track record working independently and as part of a team to drive results. Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources, psychology, or related field. Ability to travel <10%.
