Principal AccountabilitiesOptimize WIP management to maximize throughput and linearity.Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity.Plan out manpower training to increase shift deployment flexibility.Engage specialists regularly to feedback on performance as well as understand difficulties faced & identify potential areas for improvement. Identify potential human error issues in the fab and work on corrective/preventive actions.Present daily production indices in module meetings and highlight key priorities for the Engineering team to focus.Resolve and handle line-related, preventive maintenance issues and understand all equipment capacity/constraint issues so as to be able to identify, implement temporary solutions and work with Engineering team to resolve them.Ensure safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance in work area by all personnel.Ensure proper documentation and data-integrity. Job RequirementsDiploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics / Chemical Process TechnologyMinimum 1 year of experience.Team Player.Possess computer skills (e.g., Excel (Macro), Word etc.).Abe to work in 12-hour rotating shift.
