**Country:** India **Location:** Ecospace Campus 3A, 4th Floor, Outer Ring Road, Bellandur, Bengaluru- 560103 **Role Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and document functional specifications for Salesforce solutions. + Help identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements using Salesforce tools and features. + Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure smooth delivery of Salesforce projects. + Serve as the liaison between business teams and the technical development team, ensuring clear communication of requirements, feedback, and project updates. + Ensure that Salesforce solutions align with business needs and technical capabilities. + Identify opportunities for process improvement both in Salesforce configuration and within the Scrum framework. Drive innovation by incorporating feedback into future iterations and helping the team improve its velocity and efficiency. **Minimum Requirements:** Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and customization tools. Agile & Scrum Expertise: Experience in managing agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and handling backlogs. Strong Communication Skills: Capable of translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders and developers.
