Job Duties Prepares and edits documents such as contracts, correspondence, meeting materials, written presentations, business plans, and PowerPoint presentations.Sorts and screens mail and email and independently responds and follows up on issues as appropriate.Independently drafts correspondence for signature.Addresses very complex issues and problems and carries out sensitive assignments that may involve project management, in-depth analysis, extensive coordination, and conflict resolution.Responsible for preparing Board materials for presentations and meetings.Routinely prepares confidential administrative correspondence and reports to top level executives, individual Board members and Board subcommittees.Analyzes and researches information and prepares complex reports on significant matters for executive review.Conducts non routine project work.Handles the most complex and sensitive operational issues and the most varied set of job duties within this structure; work involves carrying out important assignments that impact large numbers of people or large areas of the organization; composes correspondence and reports for top executive level signature.Interprets and follows policies and guidelines to define procedures and meet goals and deadlines.
