JP Operations PXT is looking for a highly motivated, gemba-oriented, scalable HR professional to join as the Associate Experience Manager. The Associate Experience Manager, based on a deep insights of what's happening in the field, work with the senior management, site leadership and PXT team to develop, implement and drive Associate Experience improvement actions to strengthen our Gemba to create a safe, rewarding, highly engaged and high performing organization.

Key job responsibilities
This work includes, but is not limited to, defining the long term Associate Experience vision, assessing the current situation, identifying gaps, prioritizing them, and developing solutions and roadmaps to materialize our vision to be the Earth's Best Employer for our Associates.

This role is expected to operate as an integrator role to analyze connection score results across different business lines, to define input measures for success, and to keep track of progress months over months and year over year, and represent Associate Engagement at mechanisms such as MBR.

This role provides strong project management, stakeholder engagement and change leadership to drive various actions.

This position will be perfect for someone who wants to build a muscle in setting long term vision, roadmap, as well as driving tactical actions and executions in an open and undefined space.

About the team
This position is an individual contributor role and report directly to the Director, PXT, JP Operations. The incumbent will be treated as the JP Ops PXT Leadership member, and works closely with PXT leaders, Ops Leaders and global stakeholders in driving actions and initiatives.
