**The ideal candidate will reside in the Mid-Atlantic or the Northeast**

Provide support to Senior Manager – Exterior Products Training in development, creation and implementation of contractor training program with a focus on sales, product knowledge and business growth. Assist Exterior Products Training Specialist team with installation training across all product lines of the Exterior Products Group. Works intimately with Exterior Products Group sales and product management teams to provide technical installation support.

Contractor business development and success training – 50% Assist Exterior Products Training Specialist team with hands-on installation trainings – 30% Provide technical support to CT personnel and external customers – 10% Assist sales with trade show representation – 10%
