Associate Field Operations Manager (Onsite)

What you will do

Lead Quality Excellence: Oversee operations to ensure all products consistently meet or exceed quality standards, including compliance with cGMPs.

Champion Compliance Initiatives: Drive adherence to safety, quality, environmental, and operational documentation requirements, including FDA, ISO, and company-specific standards.

Empower Team Development: Provide employees with robust training and growth opportunities, while monitoring and ensuring timely completion of e3 training.

Drive Business Insights: Facilitate impactful business performance reviews (e.g., "Board Reviews") to highlight progress and identify areas for improvement.

Innovate and Improve: Lead problem-solving efforts and implement process improvements, including lean methodologies, to enhance operational efficiency.

Optimize Resource Utilization: Ensure the efficient and cost-effective use of materials and supplies to support operational goals.

Strengthen Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners (e.g., Sales, QA, Finance, HR, IT) to improve responsiveness and operational effectiveness.

Execute Strategic Management: Oversee multiple offices, including recruiting, training, scheduling, team development, and implementing positive recognition programs, while fulfilling additional duties as needed.

What you need

Required:

Bachelors' degree or 6+ years of professional experience

4 years of experience in one of the following areas:  logistics, operations, distribution, customer service experience or manufacturing

2 years of prior direct people management or supervisory experience

Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s) as needed

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and an ERP system

Preferred:

Knowledge of Lean tools (Six Sigma, Visual Management, Value Stream Management)

Experience in analytics, problem-solving and process improvement orientation

Travel Percentage: 20%
