Field Service Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work of low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will deliver quality service to satisfy customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.The work model for the role is: #LI-hybridThis role is contributing to the Robotics and Discrete Automation in Ulsan, South Korea.You will be mainly accountable for:• Performing entry level field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.• Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.• Executing work on a first-time right approach with customers, and ensuring the job is done on time and as quality standards.• Preparing all documents and customer reports to be signed by the customer representative.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation related engineering discipline or any equivalences Certified Industry Electric Engineer, Electric Engineer, or Electric work Engineer would be preferred Willing to travel more than 50% of his / her time Intermediate level in verbal and written English, and native in Korean The ability to deal with people, and a positive flexible attitude
