Learn more about CoStar (https://www.costargroup.com/) . **RESPONSIBILITIES** The Associate Finance Customer Contact Specialist owns the task of resolving stakeholder enquires on matters related to the Order-to-Cash process for our portfolio of brands, that include: billing, contracts, and other financial matters. This role requires critical thinking, patience, and effective communication skills to uncover customer needs, answer questions, and deliver a positive impression on every customer interaction. + The Associate Finance Customer Contact Centre Specialist utilizes company CRM tools to obtain and evaluate all relevant data to handle process and trouble-shooting requirements. + Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle internal and external contacts in a positive, assertive, effective, and timely manner is required. + The Associate Finance Customer Contact Specialist will work collaboratively in a team environment across a variety of departments, including Sales, Billing and Contracts, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Care. + Our goal aims to promote and deliver a “World-Class” experience with every interaction. **QUALIFICATIONS** + Educated to a Degree level or equivalent experience. + Customer service-related experience. + Solutions focused. + Ability to execute in a high transactional environment in an efficient and professional manner. + A flexible communicator and good listener who can multitask to solve problems. + Experience working with Excel + Additional language skills specifically French, German or Spanish. + Experience with Oracle Cloud. **WHAT’S** **IN IT FOR YOU?** Working at CoStar Group means you'll enjoy a culture of collaboration and innovation that attracts the best and brightest across a broad range of disciplines.
