Associate Finance Manager

Ocean Spray is looking for a new Associate Finance Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and consolidating financial results across multiple business units, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and supporting key planning and forecasting activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial processes, systems, and controls, with a focus on improving efficiency and accuracy in consolidated reporting. You will act as a trusted and valuable business partner to cross functional teams. You will identify issues and work to provide solutions to support the entire organization by leveraging resources and driving projects to resolution. You will be highly engaged and provide facts to support decision making and influence the right outcome.

Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays & Fridays remote.

A Day in the Life...

Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process across multiple business unitsCoordinate with Operations finance team across business units to gather, validate, and consolidate financial dataSupport the development of consolidated budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis and commentaryPartner with FP&A team to ensure consistency and alignment in reportingAssist in driving process improvements and standardization in consolidation practicesPrepare and review consolidated financial reports and executive summaries for senior leadershipSupport ad hoc analysis, financial modeling, and special projects as neededLeverage financial systems and work cross-functionally to deliver monthly/quarterly analysis and reporting, including variances to plan, to ensure key issues, risks, and business drivers are clearly communicated.​​​Proactively identify and analyze business issues and opportunities, including recommendations for future actions.​​​Initiate, lead, and manage projects which will improve current business results and deliver against strategy.​

What We Are Looking For:

Required

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or related fieldExcellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills, strong business acumen and ability to influence business partnersExcellent oral and written communication skillsTeam oriented with the ability to engage and influence cross functional teamsMust be results oriented with strong attention to detail and deadlinesAbility to independently and reliably execute deliverables on a periodic basis with minimal supervisionExperience in analysis, forecasting, and budgetingComfortable presenting to groups and senior stakeholdersAbility to effectively communicate complex financial terms to non-finance professionalsExcellent prioritization and multitasking abilities.Intermediate to advanced skills in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred

Consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry experience and strong understanding of operations Experience in accounting or cost accountingSystems application experience with SAP, o9, Vena and PowerBI is a plus

Education:
