Qualifications:
** 1-2 years of work experience in financial reporting, analysis, end to end finance
** CPA holder is an advantage
** Willing to work on Graveyard Shift in Upper McKinley Hill, Taguig City
Education:
*Graduate of BS Accountancy
*Graduate of BSBA major in Financial Management
Your main responsibilities as Associate Consultant are as follows:
• Generate regular financial and administrative reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Perform financial, delivery, quality assurance and administrative upon-request tasks within strict SLAs.
• Work with diverse tools for data extraction (PSA Finance 9.2, My Workspace 2.0, and Intellx).
• Engage in client calls as required by the project.
• Maintain all Operation Procedure Manuals (OPMs) for all tasks for ensured process documentation.
• Ensure that the transition of services follows the complete Knowledge Transfer (KT) process and that the business continuity plan is well-established.
• Identify possible process improvements.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with project managers, onshore counterparts, and other stakeholders.
• Adherence to all company mandated responsibilities.
