This role will focus on Publicis Sapient consolidation reporting for actual results and plays a key role for Publicis Sapient to ensure financial statement presentation is accurate and in accordance with Publicis policies and procedures. You prefer to work as a member of a team and enjoy collaborating with others to achieve significant results. **Responsibilities** + Prepare analyses on actuals reporting for Publicis Sapient + Maintain forecast for Publicis Sapient Headquarters (Leadership, Finance, Marketing and HR employees) + Maintain actuals for Publicis Sapient Headquarters + Manage POs and process invoices for Publicis Sapient Headquarters + Support monthly close process and reporting + Prepare consolidated reporting for certain areas + Perform ad-hoc financial analysis + Work closely with various accounting functions to assure accurate reporting and resolve issues + Complete special projects, as needed **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree, with emphasis in accounting + 1 – 3 years of progressive accounting experience + Proficient in all applications of the Microsoft Office suite + Working knowledge of SAP and Hyperion preferred + Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills + Strong analytical skills + Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines + Experienced problem solver and excellent attention to detail + Knowledge of foreign currency preferred + A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment **Additional information** **Benefits of Working Here** + Flexible vacation policy; time is not limited, allocated, or accrued + 16 paid holidays throughout the year + Generous parental leave and new parent transition program + Tuition reimbursement + Corporate gift matching program Pay Range: $50,000-$70,000 The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient.
