Boeing is committed to maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance in handling classified media. We are seeking a dedicated AssociateFlight Simulations Labs Media Control Agent (MCA) to join our team in Berkeley, MO and ensure the integrity and security of our media handling processes.
The Media Control Agent (MCA) is responsible for overseeing the management and control of classified media within Boeing's secure environments They will also serve as the focal point for all media entering, exiting, or residing within classified work environments, ensuring adherence to separation of duties and media access requirements. This role will be conducted in a secure environment, requiring adherence to strict security protocols and procedures. Along with this, the MCA will work closely with various teams to ensure the integrity and security of classified media.
Position Responsibilities:
Receive, log, and control all classified media, ensuring compliance with the enterprise Media Control Plan (eMCP)
Review incoming and outgoing media, maintaining accurate records in the media-tracking log
Store and issue blank media, tracking its usage through final disposition and destruction in accordance with approved methods
Ensure all removable digital and non-digital media is handled according to established procedures, including solid-state drives, hard disks, USB drives, and optical media
Collaborate with the Information System Owner (ISO) and Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to ensure proper separation of duties and oversight
Conduct quarterly reconciliations of active media logs and annual audits of media control logs for accuracy
Ensure all media introduced into controlled areas is tracked and protected to maintain its classification status
Facilitate the release of unclassified and classified media in accordance with established procedures and customer directives
Oversee the destruction of media, ensuring compliance with CSA-approved destruction methods and documentation in the media control log
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Travel may be required up to 10% of the time; Domestically and/or Internationally depending on business needs.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
(Level 2) 1+ year of work related experience with an Associate’s or related work experience with a Bachelor’s or 3+ years of work related experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Understanding of classified media handling, security protocols, and compliance requirements
Experience in media control, information security, or a similar role
Experience with security frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and RMF controls
Familiarity with media control software and tracking systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $52,700 - $71,300
