Associate General Administrative Analyst

Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively. The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the team by managing daily tasks and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, expense reports and travel arrangements.

Office Management:

Monitor and order office supplies to maintain stock levels. Ensure the office environment is clean and professional.

Data Management:

Input, update, and manage data in databases and systems. Compile and analyze basic data for reports as needed. Contract and PO Workflows

Customer and Team Interaction:

Greet and assist visitors Provide support to team members and management on special projects.

Compliance and Confidentiality:

Handle sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
