Jockey is seeking an Associate Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team!

JOB SUMMARY

The Associate Graphic Designer will work with the team to provide inspiring, conceptual solutions for a wide variety of creative and production-oriented projects. This role will be involved in creating design deliverables such as print, displays, collateral, in-store advertising, digital graphics, packaging projects, and identity development.

This position will be located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide inspiring, conceptual solutions for a wide variety of creative and production-oriented projects, helping to elevate the Jockey brand. Deliver high-quality artwork to stakeholders on time and within budget. Create design deliverables such as print, displays, collateral, in-store advertising, digital graphics, packaging projects, and identity development. Create innovative solutions for projects within brand guidelines. Produce reproduction-ready artwork including image retouching direction, color calibration, completing file quality checks, creating bleeds and crops, resizing, and other production methods as needed. Prepare files for digital and offset printing. Manage projects and troubleshoot issues with third-party vendors and in-house clients. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand strategic objectives for each project. Conceptualize and execute creative solutions that meet strategic objectives. Manage, maintain, and conduct trainings on the printer. Deliver work under tight time constraints. Stay up to date with industry trends and technology. Take initiative in resolving incomplete or inconsistent information in project briefs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1-3 years of experience in graphic design. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team for successful project outcomes. Ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to stakeholders and provide quality assurance of all deliverables. Ability to see projects through to completion, including prioritizing, tracking, and handling of time schedules. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in the latest versions of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Mac OS. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
