Associate Graphic Designer

The role primarily focuses on developing visual content for employer branding, internal communication, and marketing initiatives, with a specific emphasis on engaging the younger demographic in the talent and employer branding space. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for design and be able to create impactful designs that effectively communicate the company's brand and message to younger audiences. In addition to graphic design and motion graphics skills, experience in digital and video production will be an added advantage **Responsibilities** + Develop creative and innovative design concepts and visuals that align with the company's branding and communication strategy. + Create and design visual content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns, with a focus on engaging the younger demographic. + Produce videos and motion graphics for use in various marketing initiatives and internal communications. + Collaborate with extended team members to brainstorm and conceptualize visual solutions tailored to key audience segments. + Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality design assets within tight deadlines. + Maintain consistency in brand identity across all visual communication and platforms by ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. + Pay attention to detail while working on the task/project at hand, however small. + Possess practical knowledge of the company’s and the team’s tools and processes. + Ability to shoot high-quality stills and short videos will be a plus. + Stay up to date with industry trends and new design techniques to continuously improve and evolve all campaign and comms assets. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field. + 1-2 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably with a focus on employer branding, internal communications, and marketing. + Experience working with young demographics in a talent or employer branding context is preferred. + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). + Experience in video production and motion graphics is highly preferred. + Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design best practices is a plus. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment. + A portfolio showcasing your design work is required to be considered for this position **Additional information** + Gender-Neutral Policy + 18 paid holidays throughout the year + Generous parental leave and new parent transition program + Flexible work arrangements + Employee Assistance Programs to help you in wellness and well being + 3 days in office is mandatory
