Associate - Healthcare Valuation

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate to join our Healthcare Valuation team in London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering valuation services for healthcare properties, including care homes, private hospitals, GP surgeries, and specialist facilities. You will engage with a wide range of clients, including investors, developers, and operators, providing strategic valuation advice.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct valuations of healthcare-related properties in accordance with RICS standards.Collaborate with team members to deliver accurate and timely valuation reports.Develop a deep understanding of the healthcare property market, including trends and regulatory changes.Engage with clients, maintaining and building strong professional relationships.Work as part of a wider multidisciplinary team to provide tailored solutions to complex client needs.Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and risk management procedures.

Quaifications and Experience:

Full membership of RICS (MRICS).Registered ValuerProven experience in commercial property valuation.Experience in Healthcare or other Trading property Valuation is desirable but not essential.Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Argus Enterprise is required.A proactive and professional approach to work, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
