Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the recruitment team to design and execute strategies for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.Independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes for specific roles to attract top talent.Contribute to enhancing the overall candidate experience.Lead and execute HR projects independently to improve departmental processes and organizational outcomes.Support the development and implementation of initiatives related to talent management, performance processes, and employee engagement.Implement engagement strategies that foster a workplace environment based on respect and shared values.Act as a point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and resolving concerns aligned with company policies.Assist in assessing organizational needs, identifying talent gaps, and proposing actionable solutions.Provide input and support for performance management, training, and other HRBP-led initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.At least 4 years of experience in HR roles, including hands-on recruitment and project management.Proven ability to manage recruitment processes independently.Basic understanding of HR practices, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
