Associate HRBP - Joint Replacement (Remote)
**What you will do** As an **Associate HR Business Partner** supporting **Stryker’s Joint Replacement** division, you will play a key role in driving talent strategies and fostering an engaging, high-performing work environment. In this role, you will partner closely with managers to support employee relations, retention, and business processes, ensuring a consistent and impactful HR experience. With a deep understanding of HR functions, you will help execute engagement initiatives and align HR strategies to business goals, directly contributing to the success of the Joint Replacement team. Human resources expertise + You will apply policies and procedures across organization; assist in the interpretation and administration of company policies and guidelines and will advise and counsel others in equitable application Relationship management + In this role you will build strong partnerships with managers to ensure HR resources are effectively provided to each group Business acumen + Provide guidance on HR matters, partnering with subject-matter experts to develop needed solutions + You will use knowledge of business and HR metrics to facilitate business decisions Consultation + Partner with managers and HR to implement business solutions, utilizing HR expertise and perspective; support managers on HR projects + You will coach managers on HR and business-related issues + Execute programs, policies, and procedures to drive an engaged and performing organizational culture HR insights + You will analyze and present data to managers and recommend solutions that support the culture and the defined HR strategy + Analyze root causes of work environment issues; manage interventions and solutions in collaboration and cooperation with key stakeholders **What you need** Required + Bachelor's degree or 6 additional years equivalent experience required ​ + 6+ years of work experience required​ Preferred + 3+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations experience ​ + Experience supporting field based or commercial employees + Preferred candidate will sit near a Stryker location such as Flower Mound, TX, Kalamazoo, MI, Weston, FL, Mahwah, NJ $87,600- $172,300 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
