About the role:
DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking an Associate HRBP to join the team. The Associate HR Business Partner acts as a strategic ally and resource for both employees and leadership, managing a range of HR functions. These include benefits administration, 401(k) management, onboarding and offboarding processes, leave of absence, and policy development. Additionally, this role is tasked with overseeing and supporting HR initiatives that improve employee experience, such as performance and talent management, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs, wellness initiatives, employee engagement activities, and organizational development projects.
Essential Functions:
Job Requirements (education, experience, skills):
