+ Daily invoicing and customer portal reconciliation; + Receipts booking and AR offset of incoming payment; + Bank payments as well as BAD management; + AR month end closing work; + AR, Cash and Bank&BAD reconciliation; + Relationship with Bank for all bank related issues; + Tax declaration including VAT tax refund, EIT and other local tax; + Register overseas contracts and Claim tax withholding releated to non-trade payments; + Monthly statistics declaration to statistics bureau; + SAFE related issues; + Annual official documents inspection; + Collect and compile data according to manager's requirements; + Other jobs assigned by management + Bachelor degree in accounting or other related discipline; + No requirement on experience, fresh graduate is acceptable; + Accounting qualification （会计上岗证） is required ; + Fluent (verbal and written) in both English and Mandarin, CET-4 is required; + Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; + Strong attention to detail; + Excellent computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Office suite including strong Excel and accounting software skills Howmet Aerospace Inc.
