Associate II - HR

Role Proficiency:

Under general supervision perform various operational tasks related to employee life cycle such as but not limited to new hire on-boarding policies and procedures HR compliance resolution of employee queries and benefits administration.

Outcomes:

Perform various administrative tasks as assigned within prescribed SLAs following guidelines Be available to handle queries from employees through phone email and the ticketing system and ensure response and resolution within prescribed SLAs Assist in planning employee events Guide A1 Associates in the team to perform their responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned or requested

Measures of Outcomes:

 Accuracy and correctness in query handling and other administrative work  Meeting of time lines for processes handled  Efficiency in multitasking  Proactive implementation and execution of given tasks

Outputs Expected:

Administrative Task:

Maintain employee personnel records
collect and maintain sensitive and confidential personnel statistics and prepare reports Ensure qualitative and effective execution of core HR operations
fully leveraging available technology and best practices Implement HR Processes as per guidance from HR Specialists As per guidance from managers drive employee engagement programs across the locations to enhance productivity and morale building


Support other HR Functions:

Prepare presentations and reports to different stakeholders
working within various HR information systems Interface daily with HR and operational leaders to provide administrative support Perform a variety of administrative tasks like benefits

Ensure strong connection with the employees through services provided


Documentation:

Create process document which is comprehensive and details all the aspects of the process and work instructions


Training:

Complete training as prescribed by Managers and Leadership


Onboarding:

Facilitate on-boarding process of new hires Schedule initial screening interviews for non-exempt candidates Ensure accurate measurement and reporting of all candidate sourcing activities Facilitate new hire orientation to provide new team members with an incredible on-board experience

Staffing FDO: Onboard new hires, guide them to training, and complete paperwork. LDO: Handle clearance, termination notices, and insurance withdrawals. Benefits Manage enrollment, withdrawal, and premium changes for labor, health, and group insurance. Perform monthly/quarterly billing and government reimbursements. Payroll Process tax statements and employment certificates. Address salary withdrawal and tax-related issues. Retirement Manage retirement applications, contribution changes, and billing. Administrative Support Host labor audits and verify documentation with HR/company stamps. Ship P-files and assist with expense documentation. L&D Support training logistics, material management, and NEO coordination. Organize events and assist vendor instructors. Skill Requirements/Qualifications/Experience Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail. Strong discipline and quality focus in executing daily tasks. Good mathematical skills and knowledge of Workday. Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask effectively. Good teamwork and strong oral/written English communication skills. Ability to clarify doubts and seek assistance when needed. Performance Expectations Meet all KPIs from both service delivery and quality perspectives.
