Associate II - Marketing

Outcomes:

Constantly monitor and analyze trends across industry domains and technology areas.  Perform customer and market research analyzing and interpreting; while identifying patterns and solutions specific to Industry domains and technology areas.   Perform other duties as assigned or requested. Support the mission vision and culture of the organization and the UST brand by generating positive communication in internal and/or external media (and in all social media channels).   Create visibility for the unique UST organizational and employee culture as well as relay compelling stories about our offerings across the portfolio. Collaborate on designing brand narratives and stories for all types of media from traditional to digital; for all types of influencers including social governmental think-tank and other global thought leaders.   Collaborate with UST Global marketing teams and leadership to develop and coordinate advertising marketing and promotional plans across the portfolio and for recruiting needs.  Manage end to end consistent external communication in line with organizational brand and marketing strategies while creating a detailed tactical plan and calendar for amplifying each specific campaign through PR and social media channels.   Analyze measure and track media coverage and sentiment continuously; develop responses capture opportunities and triage issues/crises when needed.    Working with other team members designing and implementing strategy to grow online influencer base and overall traffic to UST social media channels. Provide analytics around effectiveness to management and leadership team.     Ensure periodic update of key news on UST social medial channels refining core messaging to ensure consistency in communication across all channels.    Monitor for any UST branding or messaging violations in social media channels

Approving developer area accounts; assisting in “Adding products to the Product Page”; Thunderbolt product brochures; translation of videos for TT.net in Chinese, brochures, etc Thunderbolt Project Manager: Review customer completion of device applications for Thunderbolt; distributing Thunderbolt Technology and Trademark Responsible for world-wide on-line research of un-certified Thunderbolt products and documentation of Thunderbolt logo and marketing asset infractions. Retail sites include Amazon, B&H, NewEgg, CDW, JD.com, TMall, BestBuy, Dixons, and product websites, etc.). Documenting details of infractions in Excel and/or PowerPoint Responsible for tracking and reporting progress of removal of un-certified products working hand in hand with Intel Legal and Intel Marketing. Thunderbolt Program Manager for application form review. Basic knowledge of Thunderbolt technology. Good written and oral communications in English.
