Position Summary:

Maintenance of Aging & Manage DSO

Responsible for more challenging customers and/or high-risk resellersEffectively handle high reconciliation accounts and or high-risk resellersSpecialize in research and liaising with customers over disputed invoices Intermediate to advanced level of judgment within Defined PoliciesMinimize and mitigate the cost of sales write-off through reconciliation of accountsResponsible for the day-to-day management of the aged trial balance.Monitor aging and risk reports as assignedMeet or exceed monthly cash targetCollection callsTelephone monthly service levels as targetedAchieve yearly interest revenue budgetedCoordinate with sales, customer service, and AR for dispute resolution as necessaryDevelop and foster excellent customer relationships with our resellers. Build and develop excellent working relationships with internal customers, such as the credit analysts, sales, accounts receivable, and customer service teams.Special projects as assignedInvolvement with customer escalations at the Supervisor or Credit Manager's discretion

Release of Orders

Monitor credit hold screensOrders in excess of authority will be escalated to the Supervisor or Credit ManagerRequest of financial statements, where applicable, to facilitate the release of large ordersNotification to sales and/or customers where order release is delayed same day

File Review

Coordinate credit line increase requirements with the Credit Development TeamUnderstand and advise customer of options regarding security optionsRequest financial statements, as necessary, to facilitate the release of large orders

Qualifications:

At least 2-3 years of experience in high-volume business-to-business collections for a commercial productExperience in working with US-based customers is an advantageGood communication and negotiation skills (conversational English)Exposed to accounts reconciliation (simple to medium complexity)Open to work in the night shiftOpen to hybrid work set-up
