Independently achieves the following; guiding other process associates and assists Lead 1 - BPM Service Level Agreement (SLAs) specified by the client in terms of quality productivity and schedule should be managed to ensure 100% adherence. Data: Analyze information enter and verify data follow the SOP to ensure completion of the task. Voice: Customer calls responses and any updates or edits to workflow based on after call work should be performed as per directions. Address performance issues and improvement plans of team and self with supervisor. Expected to be proficient in the process and domain to ensure quality of transactions and guide the same to the process associates. Perform QA for production associates as an expert in the function and ensure completion within SLAs. Create reports on performance metrics for team to manage productivity. Understand the process and bring forward ideas and solutions to simplify and automate them to increase operational efficiency. Experience: o 3-5 years of experience in product configuration, modeling, or related fields. o Proven experience with third-party product configurator tools (e.g., Product Configurator, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, etc.). o Experience in the healthcare, insurance, or payor industry, with a deep understanding of products such as insurance plans, employee benefits, and healthcare coverage. o Strong expertise in JavaScript, specifically for creating business rules, logic, and calculations within configurator tools. 3. Technical Skills: o Proficient in using product configurator software (e.g., Product Configurator, SPIDER, WPD, Mainframe, Tacton, Oracle CPQ). o Experience with JavaScript for customizing configurator functionality (e.g., rule-based logic, dynamic pricing, eligibility checks). o Familiar with configuration management processes and integration with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems. o Understanding of API integrations and how to link configurator systems with other business systems (e.g., billing, customer data, inventory systems). 4.
