Associate III - HR

Role Proficiency:

Under minimal supervision perform various operational tasks related to employee life cycle such as but not limited to new hire on-boarding policies and procedures HR compliance resolution of employee queries and benefits administration.

Outcomes:

 An individual contributor to a subsystem in HR like compensation & benefits employee relations recruitment training performance management HR systems  Assist SME teams in successfully carrying out various Talent Management activities  Perform various administrative tasks as assigned within prescribed SLAs following guidelines  Be available to handle queries from employees through phone email and the ticketing system and ensure response and resolution within prescribed SLAs  Guide A1 and A2 Associates in the team to perform their responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned or requested

Measures of Outcomes:

 Accuracy and correctness in all areas of SME support activities  Meeting of timelines for processes handled  Efficiency in multitasking  Proactive implementation and execution of given tasks  Results from employee feedback surveys  Efficiency and timeliness of addressing employee queries

Outputs Expected:

Support to HR Specialist Teams:

Assist various HR specialist teams in their operational activities Provide effective service on all aspects of HR policy e.g. employment legislation
employee relations
performance management
engagement and retention strategies
learning and development
etc. Assist the HR Specialist team by reviewing and enhancing relevant policies and procedures in line with best practice and employment law requirements


Payroll:

Assist the payroll team by providing up to date information regarding new employees
resignations
domestic and international transfers and pay changes


Learning and Development:

Work closely with L&D team to manage Leadership Development offerings for Top Talents Facilitate Trainings to meet both current and future business needs Schedule and manage Training and Assessments Assist in the development of leadership and management training Assist in conducting Stress Management interviews


Onboarding:

Filter candidates throughout the end-to-end interview processes by evaluating and assessing their potential to build and scale a high-growth
venture-backed start-up Responsible for posting of jobs on recruitment job boards and sourcing for suitable candidates Actively engage with recruitment and HR leadership to recommend process improvements as needed


Operational Task:

Query handling from employees Support communication initiatives and training strategies related to Talent Management Analyse key data
identify trends
generate insights
present results and drive decisions to completion

 Proactive approach and ability to multi task  Highly organized and a fine-tuned attention to detail  Should be a self-learner who is known for being ambitious and curious  Demonstrated accountability for owning portions of recruiting process such as on-boarding new hire paperwork background screenings and orientation sessions  Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and to manage and update recruitment database post and manage open positions  Experience in facilitating coaching and mentoring teams to support their development  Reliable self-motivated and strong attention to detail  Ability to maintain confidentiality  Ability to produce thorough detailed and accurate work

Knowledge Examples:

 Knowledge of HR practices policies and basic employment laws  Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint)  Experience with applicant tracking systems  Knowledge on recruiting/performance management best practices  Must have knowledge on the business and functional aspects of the processes being implemented  Ability to quickly learn aspects of organization policies and processes

Additional Comments:

Staffing FDO: Onboard new hires, guide them to training, and complete paperwork. LDO: Handle clearance, termination notices, and insurance withdrawals. Benefits Manage enrollment, withdrawal, and premium changes for labor, health, and group insurance. Perform monthly/quarterly billing and government reimbursements. Payroll Process tax statements and employment certificates. Address salary withdrawal and tax-related issues. Retirement Manage retirement applications, contribution changes, and billing. Administrative Support Host labor audits and verify documentation with HR/company stamps. Ship P-files and assist with expense documentation. L&D Support training logistics, material management, and NEO coordination. Organize events and assist vendor instructors. Skill Requirements/Qualifications/Experience Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail. Strong discipline and quality focus in executing daily tasks. Good mathematical skills and knowledge of Workday. Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask effectively. Good teamwork and strong oral/written English communication skills. Ability to clarify doubts and seek assistance when needed. Performance Expectations Meet all KPIs from both service delivery and quality perspectives. Ensure zero operational impact during attrition or personnel changes.
