Associate III - Technical Writer

Technical Writer Responsibilities

Work closely with the Senior Technical Writer to create effective and impactful: Technical documentation User manuals/guidelines Brochures Documentation packs Other relevant materials Actively engage with stakeholders and teams to understand projects and their impact. Gather information from subject matter experts to create accurate, accessible, and engaging content aligned with brand and communication guidelines. Develop reusable, easy-to-maintain templates for various documentation and content types, including intranet portals, product catalogues, and presentations.

Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience

Required Skills and Qualifications Must: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Technical Writer in a technology or software development environment. Must: Excellent spoken and written English with a keen eye for detail. Must: Strong knowledge of technical writing standards and best practices. Must: Ability to rapidly grasp complex processes and translate them into clear, accurate, and simple content. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT industry. Functional understanding of designing and writing for neurodiverse audiences. A flexible, enthusiastic, and accessible team player—calm under pressure, proactive in sharing knowledge, introducing ideas, and assisting the team when needed. Good-to-Have Skillsets Experience with project and task management tools such as JIRA or Monday.com. Familiarity with ServiceNow Knowledge Management system. Understanding of process and workflow optimization. A certification in Technical Writing. Functional understanding of CSS, HTML, and a development language such as JavaScript. Knowledge of project, software, UI/UX, and documentation development lifecycles. Strong project, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills across concurrent projects.
