What the role offers:

Demonstrating and conducting a walk-through for the client through the setup and implementation of Opentext Cybersecurity Services for prospective customersProviding technical and non-technical support and guidance to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of Opentext Cybersecurity servicesDelivering clear and effective presentations to pilot implementationsArticulating technology and product positioning to both business and technical usersWorking in conjunction with our sales team to ensure prospects enjoy a positive and productive experience while evaluating Zix AppRiver ServicesConducting on-boarding of new clients to Opentext Cybersecurity’s SystemsMaintaining full knowledge and hands-on proficiency with all company product lines and major competitors’ product linesTranslating customer business issues/opportunities into technical solution/business requirements

 

What you need to succeed:

Love and passion for helping customers and delivering a Phenomenal experienceAbility to prioritize and work responsibly with or without direct supervisionAbility to Multi-Task, manage tickets, chats, and phone calls simultaneouslyStrong interpersonal and presentation skills required, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate and educate others about complex technology simplyTechnical sales or support experience is a plus Other Qualifications/Technical Requirements:Extensive knowledge of information technology, computer environments, networking, troubleshooting, configuration, implementation, and applicationsAbility to troubleshoot complex issues remotely via phone/live chat/ticket conversationStrong internet proficiency, Cloud computing, SaaS-based security solutionsKnowledge of hosted email and email securityComprehensive understanding of networking technology – Windows networking, Active Directory, DNS TopologyWork Experience with Microsoft and Apple Operating SystemsWork Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Outlook for Windows and Outlook for MacAbility to work on weekends and after hours
