Associate Indirect Demand Specialist, Ads (Remote)
Location: Los Angeles, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $60 - 65 per hourWe're looking for an Associate Indirect Demand Specialist to join our Indirect Demand Management team within Ads Channels & Operations. In this role, you'll curate and execute inventory strategies for programmatic buyers, ensuring alignment with campaign goals. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ad tech, data-driven problem solving, and strong collaboration skills in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.Responsibilities: Support Indirect Demand Specialists in maintaining service levels and ensuring timely spend for inbound, long-tail advertiser demand. Manage day-to-day tasks for always-on programmatic deals sourced by DSP partners, providing operational support for programmatic campaigns, and aligning them with campaign objectives and client goals. Coordinate operational best practices to enhance discoverability and streamline the buying process for customers. Collaborate with Indirect Demand Specialists on reporting to identify trends and assess the health of always-on deals (e.g., spend, net new advertisers, growth, churn, and accounts ready for 'graduation'), using insights to optimize deal curation strategies. Qualify new inbound demand and triage account lists from Sales Operations, ensuring timely and efficient responses. Support ad-hoc projects, such as maintaining scaled mechanisms and playbooks to document workflows, identify areas for improvement, and nurture high-potential opportunities. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles with a focus on data analysis. Experience with annual brand and media planning, and a strong understanding of ad tech, programmatic advertising, industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the programmatic landscape. Proficient in analyzing data and applying best practices to assess performance drivers.
