We do all of this in a supportive, collaborative environment where you can grow your career in a way that fits into your life.   How can you make an impact?  McGraw-Hill Education, the leading provider of digital and print educational materials is looking for a creative, innovative, strategic Associate Instructional Designer, Math for our Reveal programs.     You will be a valuable member of a collaborative group of Instructional Designers, closely partnering with teams focused on content, product management, UX, and creative media. As part of this team, you will create robust digital tools, curriculum and learning solutions in a variety of formats that are used by millions of educators and students every day. The Associate Instructional Designer, Math is a digital savvy content and curriculum expert, responsible and accountable for assembling high-quality content based on specific product requirements for the Math programs.    It will be filled as a Project Status Worker (PSW) designation. This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. What you will be doing: Contribute to program planning, curriculum mapping, and creation of POCs and prototypes. Design, storyboard, and develop digital curriculum assets (e.g., videos, eBooks, games, simulations) using UBD process. Collaborate with instructional designers and senior team members throughout the product build, including alpha and beta reviews. Support user testing, digital tool usage, and accessibility efforts, ensuring accuracy and maintenance of build documentation. Work cross-functionally to meet product requirements, project schedules, and goals; assist with digital launches and vendor coordination. Perform QA, metadata tagging, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements while adapting to changes and collaborating with team members. What you need to be considered:  Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, Mathematics, or related field required.   0-2 years experience working in digital content development that includes teaching and learning materials.  Experience with authoring tools, learning management systems, and content management systems.  Previous K-12 teaching experience.  Ability to create and visualize animated and interactive content. The pay range for this position is between $41,225 - $55,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.  Additionally, a full range of medical and/or other benefits may be provided, depending on the position offered.
