As an Associate Integration Engineer at Branch, you'll help manage and resolve issues to ensure our partners get the support they need. You'll work with the Post-Sales teams to help our partners use Branch’s services to grow their mobile apps. Your knowledge of AdTech and mobile attribution will be key in guiding customers to make the most out of Branch's products.
We’re seeking candidates with a technical background and experience engaging with global customers. If you have experience in Android/iOS app development, ad-tech, or attribution, and enjoy solving customer challenges, we’d love to have you on our team.
As an Associate Integration Engineer, you’ll get to: Provide technical assistance to developers and marketers who use the Branch SDK and attribution solutions Be the technical resource and an SME to pre and post-sales teams Manage bug queue to ensure issues are followed up on and resolved Accomplish miscellaneous engineering projects to push our business forward You’ll be a good fit if you have: B.E/B.Tech or an equivalent degree in Engineering 0-2+ years of experience in software development or Ad-tech. preferably in a client-facing role or can demonstrate experience in end to end development of a mobile app Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong customer focus & multi-tasking skillsThis is a shift role and requires on-call support availability
This role will be based at our Bengaluru, India office and follows a Hybrid schedule that will be aligned with our Return to Office guidelines.
The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
