The ideal candidate will be an experienced and creative leader with Uk project experience and have worked with renowned design studios, to bring a wealth of expertise in design leadership, project management, and client relation skills. They will be responsible for leading the creative direction from concept development through to completion, while ensuring the highest quality of work and adherence to project goals.

Position Overview
As an Associate Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in managing multiple high-end residential and hospitality projects. Your creative flair and conceptual approach to design, combined with a robust understanding of practical considerations, will be instrumental in delivering outstanding spaces that reflect the consultancy's commitment to sustainability and collaborative design.

Key Responsibilities Develop innovative design concepts that enhance the guest experience, ensuring designs are on brand, meet client needs, and push the boundaries of hospitality design. Oversee the entire design process from initial concept to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and ensuring seamless project execution. Lead and mentor at least 2 talented design teams, fostering a collaborative and imaginative environment to encourage creative problem-solving. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their vision and ensuring that all projects exceed their expectations. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in interior design, incorporating cutting-edge solutions into every project. Ensure the delivery of high-quality designs that align with project objectives and meet the company’s standards of excellence.
Skills & Experience Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, Design, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in leading high-profile hospitality, commercial and or multi-unit residential design projects. Proven track record of working with top-tier design studios. Strong portfolio showcasing successful hospitality projects that emphasize creativity, innovation, and guest experience. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a diverse team of designers. Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Strong project management skills, including experience with budgeting, scheduling, and contract review. A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and pushing creative boundaries.
