Associate Interior Designer for F&B projects

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Architect or Interior Designer to join this innovative design studio. In this pivotal role, you will lead a talented team of senior architects, architects, and architectural assistants, driving the delivery of exceptional projects across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a talented team to design innovative, high-quality, and aspirational projects.
Project Management: Oversee the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and projects stay within budget.
Client Engagement: Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring seamless communication and delivering presentations that are both professional and creative.
Creative Direction: Contribute to the studio’s creative direction and be a driving force in achieving design excellence.
Business Development: Support the directors with business development, nurturing existing clients while identifying new opportunities.
Project Planning & Administration: Assist in preparing fee proposals, project programming, and resource management using CMAP. Aid in key studio tasks such as invoicing.
Mentorship: Act as a mentor and manager to the team, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
Technical Expertise: Ensure the highest standards in technical detailing, 3D output, and project delivery, driving exceptional results on-site.

Skills & Experience:
Qualified Architect or Experienced Interior Designer with at least 10 years, including 3-4 years in a management role.
Extensive experience in high-end hospitality, specifically F&B, with hotel, and residential projects preferable and valued between £1-£20 million, both in the UK and internationally.
Proficient in technical detailing and production of technical information with a strong track record in contract administration and on-site project delivery.
Expertise in managing external multidisciplinary consultants and leading large teams on multiple projects.
Advanced skills in Vectorworks, Adobe, with Rhino or SketchUp and preferable..
Confident, organised, and proactive with exceptional presentation and communication skills.
