Position Responsibilities:
Minimum 2-3 years' work experience with insurance
Good understanding of individual insurance products, operations and processes
Experience in life insurance policy admin system enhancement
Well organized and attentive to details, flexible with working hours
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, and disciplined with project scheduling
Self-initiated and have a strong drive to learn
Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel and good understanding of SQL
Able to clearly articulate business processes and ideas verbally and in written English
Experience and knowledge in complicate testing execution and support
Required Qualifications:
Conduct system enhancement project and Resolve production issue reported by IT or user
Review and analyze requests / reported problem from various departments and work collaboratively to understand company priorities and ensure alignment with company goals
Produce user requirement documents and specifications, and mock-ups for proposed solutions
Perform impact analysis and deliver cost-effective solutions
Build consensus and facilitate discussion with related stakeholders, business partners and IT development teams
Participate in project planning from project initiation to closure and responsible for tracking requirement and testing progress
Act as an internal business system area expert and champion
Provide quality system training to business users
Execute test strategy, construct test plan and work with testing team on test execution to ensure the end product meets the business objectives
Own, investigate and resolve system and project issues
Plan and develop various reports to meet different business/regulatory needs, perform data analysis and integrity check
