**Job Description**
We are looking for a hard-working and energized Associate Key Account Manager who would like to help us connect more children and adults to one of the world's most loved brands.
We have an exciting opportunity for a support role within a team partnered with a large, well-known national retailer. **Core Responsibilities**
+ Build, maintain and own the relationship with our strategic Grocery accounts
+ Build and implement a strategic and sustainable commercial plan
+ Collaborate with our customer to prepare and implement the operational customer business plan
+ Ensure consistent brand standards especially in areas of visual presentation, product management, and marketing within our stores
+ Negotiate on business contracts and trading terms
+ Prepare and analyze sales reports, customer scorecard and store detail analysis
+ Work closely with other Key Account team members, Trade Marketing, operations and Digital Team to share ideas and best practices

The Associate Key Account Manager supporting a large retail account is a central member of the team and is a vital contributor to ensuring business needs are met and flawless execution is delivered.
Responsibilities include planning and executing daily tasks across a broad range of functions, including reporting and analytics, listings support & management, requests for samples, management of co-promotion assortment, and ad hoc requests.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Basic knowledge of account trade budget and P&L to improve ROI and provide value growth management
+ Experience in Account Management / Demand planning, within a global, multinational company ideally within a department and/or grocery store environment
+ Commercial capabilities and experience from both physical stores and Ecommerce sales, that will enable continued development of our mutual business
+ Curious, strategic and customer focused
+ Result oriented with strong performance record
+ Find and propose recommendations and new ideas that enable a significant transformation of channel
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to listen and adjust to different customers
+ Experience in data analysis and planning to really capture learnings and take actions to drive sales.
+ Experienced user of MS Office (mainly Advanced Excel)
+ Speak and write English fluently
