Associate Knowledge Management Developer

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented entry-level **Knowledge Management Developer** to join our team in the **National Capital Region (NCR).** This is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.
As an Entry-Level Knowledge Management Developer, this individual will help build and organize critical information, deliverables, and documentation for government desktop support operations. Their work will directly improve the efficiency of our support teams and the self-service capabilities for federal agencies.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Assist in the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and documentation for government desktop support.
+ Help organize and structure information to improve accessibility and usability for support teams and end-users.
+ Contribute to the identification of knowledge gaps and propose solutions for content creation.
+ Support the implementation and improvement of knowledge management tools and platforms.
+ Ensure accuracy and consistency of technical information in line with government standards
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in relevant field
+ 1+ year of related experience
+ Familiarity with knowledge management principles and content creation.
+ Experience with content management systems (SharePoint, etc.) or wiki platforms.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to enhance knowledge sharing.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ ITIL Foundation or advanced ITIL certifications.
**Clearance Requirements:**
+ Ability to obtain active Secret Clearance
+ Must be able to obtain a DHS Suitability
**Physical Requirements:**
+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
