In this vital role you will support the Formulation and Filling operations by completing tasks associated to the Analytical Laboratory, according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Regulations in a Non Standard Shift Operations work environment that may include nights, weekends and holidays. **Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Conduct routine analytical testing to support manufacturing and product release. + Evaluate test results and ensure compliance with specifications. + Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment, including troubleshooting and calibration. + Accurately document analytical testing, equipment maintenance, and sample transactions. + Manage and reconcile consumable inventory and materials following cGMP procedures. + Use electronic systems (e.g., LIMS, Maximo, CIMS, MES) for data entry and issue resolution. + Draft, revise, and review operational documents (e.g., SOPs, reports, batch records). + Train staff, maintain training proficiency, and participate in cross-functional teams as needed. + Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance. + Support non-standard shifts, including rotational weekday and weekend schedules. + Participate in laboratory investigations and audits. **What we expect of you** We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The Associate Laboratory professional we seek is an individual contributor with these qualifications. **Basic Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree and 4 years of laboratory and/or manufacturing support experience **Or** High school diploma / GED and 6 years of laboratory and/or manufacturing support experience **Preferred Qualifications:** + Educational background in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology), Biomedical and/or Biotechnology. + Experience working in a GMP biotechnology, pharmaceutical or medical device industry. + Experience performing analytical testing of compendial methods. + Knowledge of basic computer systems including Microsoft Office, SAP, MES, LIMS, CIMS. + Organization skills and talent to perform assignments with a high degree of attention to detail. + Knowledge in Aseptic Techniques. **What you can expect of us** As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for our teammates’ professional and personal growth and well-being.
