Why this role?
We are seeking a Associate lead software developer with expertise in Embedded application sw development. This role will focus on developing custom sw solutions for elevator sw. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in the software development lifecycle, and the ability to manage operational KPIs effectively. The role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work comfortably in diverse cultural environments. Some travel is required.
What will you be doing?
Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of elevator systems in regional smart building projects.Support software development lifecycle (SDLC) for elevator systems, ensuring timely and quality project delivery.Track, analyze, and report on operational KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Required Skills:
3-12 years experience in embedded application sw developmentC with windowsPreferred Skills:
Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)Basics of electrical electronicsGood SW and HW debugging skillsGood communication-spoken and writtenGood analytical/mental abilityBasic knowledge of agile concepts of SDLC and configuration management is added advantageAre you the one?
