Associate - Learning and Training
The Learning and Training Associate responds to requests and inquiries on training administration. This role collaborates with senior associates and experts, and reports to a team lead; partners with third-party training providers, on-site facility support, other Human Resource groups, and other Company departments such as IT, Legal, and Procurement.
Scope of Support
North America (US & Canada)/Global. Support for any of these regions involves cross-location collaboration.
YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITYResponds to training-related inquiries and requests in the ticketing systemAdministers the Learning Management System, including uploading and testing modules, managing learning content, user profiles, training catalogs, curricula/training assignments, scheduled learning programs, online learning assessment, and training surveysTroubleshoots, researches for solutions, and resolves issues in the LMS; partners with IT on addressing technical issuesOrganizes learning events, workshops, eLearning sessions, and other training programsCollaborates with the training coordinator on managing training programsParticipates in process improvement studies and initiativesEscalates more complex issues to senior team members
