Associate Lifecycle Manager

As an Associate Lifecycle Manager, you’ll help to develop customer journeys that are focused on activation, engagement and retention. They support email and SMS campaign strategy, creative development and testing roadmaps.

About the Role

Design, develop or modify software and/or software systems by using various programming languages depending on the need of the product and also taking the service architecture into considerationModify existing software to fix errors, improve the overall quality and functionality or update integrations with other softwareAnalyze user needs to determine how software should be built or if existing software should be modifiedDevelop and/or perform software automated testing procedures, solutions, and frameworks to ensure software functions as neededTranslate business requirements and specifications into usable and scalable softwareProcess and understand capabilities and limitations of data outputs from the softwareUnderstand and assist with technical infrastructure of an application or systemTroubleshoot performance issuesLead design and code reviewsLead delivery estimatesDetermine and execute the software deployment processAnticipate and communicate blockers, delays and cost ballooning within the team’s projects before they require escalationEnsure expectations with the team and external stakeholders are clarified between all parties involvedMentor other software engineersLook for security vulnerabilities in codingParticipate in discussions about the team’s future vision and strategy

About You

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field2 years of experience in marketing, focusing on email and/or customer relationship management (CRM)Previous experience in running A/B tests and analyzing performance metricsFamiliarity of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable martech CRM toolsStrong communication and organizational skillsUnderstanding of CAN-SPAM, SMS compliance / TCPA laws and email security sending protocols

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with FinTech or Financial Service industry productsExperience using Project Management toolsAnalytical skillsUnderstanding of email marketing, SMS, push notifications and direct mailExperience with audience segmentation and data analysis
