The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) department of CF A plays a pivotal role in supporting the Siemens AG Managing Board by overseeing, implementing, and executing a robust and efficient global ERM process for the Siemens Group. This involves consolidating and reporting Siemens-wide risks and opportunities, along with their respective mitigation measures, while ensuring compliance with external regulations. The department also fosters knowledge-sharing and capability-building through effective communication and training across the Siemens-wide ERM community.
By uniting the expertise of ERM, Internal Controls, and Internal Audit, our mission is to create an optimal Risk and Assurance ecosystem. We aim to break down siloed assurance platforms and transform them into a fully integrated and efficient Combined Assurance approach, providing both hindsight for informed decision-making and foresight for proactive risk management.
