Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire
Job Responsibilities
Oversee new equipment installation, set up, modification and repairsPerform troubleshooting and investigate equipment failuresTroubleshooting and programming PLC'sPerform preventative maintenance, calibration of equipment and systems including repair, rework to meet and maintain specs and tolerancesRequirements:
Ability to read blueprints, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, mechanical/electrical diagrams, and technical orders.Ability to connect wire to motors, fixtures, and other electrical equipment, replace switches and fuses, and splice wire, replace or repair belts, chains, or cables on machinery.Ability to troubleshooting and program PLCs and knowledge of roboticsPreferred Experience
Experience in Industrial Maintenance with emphasis on electrical controlsIntermediate knowledge of Electrical Theory for AC/DC circuits, Motor Controls (VFD, Servo)Fundamental understanding of mechanical maintenance, pneumatics, and hydraulicsDetails:
