Associate Manager, B2B Sales

Sell the organization's products and services through direct sales to small & medium businesses, large corporations, and government entities. Face-to-face and remote sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers by delivering sales bids/proposals/presentations and conducting product demonstrations (Direct B2B Sales. PreSales engineers)
The primary function of the B2B Associate Manager is to manage the B2B Sales and Service for the market, support the Country manager and other B2B leaders in building the strategy and providing the leadership required to drive the accelerated growth of C&W Business’ Solutions portfolio across all segments of the market (Enterprise, Government, and SME).
Reporting to the Country Manager with a dotted line to the regional B2B Manager, the B2B Associate Manager will inspire, build, and lead a team who will engage with clients, internal functional teams and partners to execute the B2B strategy.
+ Define, implement, and lead the B2B Go-to-Market sales growth strategy.
+ Achieve revenue, sales, NPS and Employee Engagement targets.
+ Deliver sales metrics KPI’s of sales on target, pipeline target ratio, MH green sheets, customer meetings, WIP accuracy, sales forecasting accuracy.
+ Own sales and sales support metrics and KPI performance.
+ Position C&W Business as the leading “go to” partner in the market.
+ Ensure all colleagues have personal development plans.
+ Establish excellent relationships with all market stakeholders, internally and externally.
+ Work across and with matrix teams and external bodies, collaboratively to drive results.
+ Awareness of Government and Business structures, stakeholders, relationships and processes to progress projects and initiatives.
+ Perform any other relevant duties that may be assigned from time to time.
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with specialization in sales, management, or a related field.
+ Minimum three (3) years’ experience leading a team.
+ Minimum of five (5) years working in a sales environment.
+ Telecoms experience would be an asset
+ TAS (target account selling) or Strategic Selling (Miller Heiman) certified/expertise would be an asset.
+ Sales leadership ability.
+ Demonstrated expertise in ICT and value proposition selling.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office
