Associate Manager, B2B Technology Development
**What's The Role** Execute all technical product phases to develop and support the B2B security portfolio, such as: technical understanding about the new commercial needs, evaluate different technology vendors, perform the high and low-level design, elaborate the technical product documentation of security products. Also, B2B Technology development is responsible to check from the technical perspective the Product life cycle, suggest and perform the enhancements and enable new capabilities. Define the core technical and functional specifications for the Security products, review the “state of the art” in the technology, support the product management and development teams in vendor selection, RFI's and RFP's. Project-driven implementations, and capacity planning, to maintain a stable and resilient B2B Core solutions. Develop and follow the company standards and procedures, and leading or assisting projects across teams. Lead cybersecurity compliance of B2B Enterprise products and platforms, following best practices during the products life cycle. **What You'll Do** + Perform B2B Security products technical design and deployment (Physical and Logical), acting as technical leader on new initiatives and existing products, knowledge sharing and technical assistance to stakeholders. + Technical enablement of security Solutions for LLA opcos. + Create and maintain security infrastructure, focused on technical selection criteria, new functional features, firmware versions, costs, documentation for interest groups, etc. for Security Solutions such as: EndPoint Antivirus, AntiDDoS, SIEM, Vulnerability Management among others. + Execute LAB Test/ PoC of different security products according to the roadmap and plan. + Provide technical information and advisory to Product management and development teams in productization processes for new initiatives. + Investigate, analyse and documents new technological trends to improve the current security portfolio. + Building and improving Technical products documentation using standards, methods and tools of the organization. + Take care of the technical product life cycle to improve constantly the security solutions architectures and track the products & infrastructure KPIs. + Applies standard methodologies when creating new architecture, programs and applications or when maintaining existing ones. + Responsible for PCI compliance of B2B platforms if required. + Leadership to keep B2B platforms and Solutions in compliance with good cybersecurity practices for Networking, Security, Collaboration and Datacenter verticals. + Work with IT Security team to execute Pentesting every 6 months on B2B platforms, subsequently leading the remediation tasks with the B2B Technical Development groups involved. **What Do You Need** + Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Security, telecommunications). + Strong technical certifications on security field like CISSP, CEH, CISO; or any high specific vendor certification; or a master security degree. **Knowledge & Experience:** + 5+ years of professional experience with strong technical background in Security Solutions + Experience with security solutions such as Logrhythm, Arbor, Fortinet, Tenable among others. + Experience designing and configuring security tools oriented to improve and evaluate the enterprise security posture. + Experience applying security enterprise procedures based on the different security compliance standards. + Deep understanding about the security needs and challenges in B2B customer business. + Knowledge of Linux OS and program languages such as C, C++ Phyton, etc. + Knowledge in virtualized enterprise networking environments. **Who We Are** We are the leading telecommunications company, connecting more than 40 markets in Latin America and the Caribbean with our video, broadband internet, telephony, and mobile services under the consumer brands, Flow, Liberty, Más Móvil, BTC, and Cabletica.
