Job Title: Associate Manager, Client Ad Operations

Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, New Delhi

Job Summary: The Associate Manager, Client Ad Operations will work in collaboration with the DV Commercial teams to provide operational support for a variety of job responsibilities. This person will oversee aspects of campaign activation, reporting & optimization, and end-of-campaign reconciliation. The role requires someone who can achieve completion of work against deadlines, is highly organized, and has a strong eye for detail. This role aims to help enable increased scale, productivity, and customer centricity by in-market and specialist teams.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Provide direct supervision to a team of individual contributors in the APAC region. Support for operational tasks such as data auditing, compiling tracking systems, and ad hoc projects. Completion of work within appropriate deadlines to ensure client advertising campaigns are activated efficiently & effectively through to end-of-campaign reconciliations. Ensure the quality of services and solutions, including satisfactory resolution of all support requests, and troubleshooting of all reporting or data issues. Administer company policies and processes that directly affect subordinate employees. Frequently interact with department and cross-department peer groups. Work on issues where analysis of the situation or data requires review of relevant factors. Exercise judgment within defined processes and policies to determine appropriate action. Management and/or participation in ongoing product & process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

 

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field. Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to exercise judgment within defined processes and policies. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Experience in supervising and managing a team. Ability to recommend and implement process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Experience in the AdTech ecosystem or a related industry. Knowledge of DoubleVerify's products and value proposition. Experience working in a global or regional role.
